Fine wines from We Love Fine Wines

At Sotherby’s in New York the second El Bulli auction to the total raised for the El Bulli Foundation to 2.7 million Euro’s. the Foundation was created by chef Ferran Adria as an experimental culinary centre. The New York sale followed closely on the heels of the Hong Kong sale.

I have had the unexpected pleasure in being proved wrong on many occasions. A friend less knowledgeable brings a bottle for dinner. I thank them and forget to offer it to my other guests. How terribly rude!

History
Chateau Brane Cantenac began in the early part of the 18^th century. The Baron of Brane bought the chateau in 1833. When the Baron bought the estate it was called Brane Mouton. After purchasing the property  he renamed it Brane Cantenac. In the 1920’s Societe des Grnds Crus de France a company of growers and merchants purchased Brane Cantenac.  The chateau is now owned by the Lurton family.

No sir!  This is a well known habit. Wine drinkers have become enslaved to this concept. Wake up and smell the roses!  I have calculated that you get the best value per points in the 86 to 89 point range.
