From 50 year old vines in the heart of Vaillons known as Sechet. This is the most forward of Billaud’s Premier Crus with marvelous, ripe honeyed fruit and fresh lemony texture.

Samuel Billaud has propelled this domaine to the forefront of Chablis producers. He creates wines with great attention to detail, and believes in a non-interventionist philosphy. His state of the the art winery allows careful temperature control and this, together with the lengthy lees maturation results in the finest, purest and most concentrated unoaked Chablis.
