Billaud’s vines are all situated in the heart of the Chablis appellation in the immediate vicinity of the 1ers and the Grand Crus. This is beautifully fresh, with clean, ripe fruit and crisp, balancing acidity. (Drink 2012 – 2018)

Samuel Billaud has propelled this domaine to the forefront of Chablis producers. He creates wines with great attention to detail, and believes in a non-interventionist philosphy. His state of the the art winery allows careful temperature control and this, together with the lengthy lees maturation results in the finest, purest and most concentrated unoaked Chablis.
