How to order

This is very simple. No matter where you are on the site you will see either Buy Now or Add to Cart. Decide the quantity and then click on these instructions. Your wines will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

If you after a particular wine then use our Search Tool or even our Advanced Search Tool on the left hand side of every page. Once you have found your wine then just click on the Buy Now or Add to Cart.

Under every wine there is an option to learn more about this wine. This will help you decide which wine is best for you palate.

We sell not only complete cases of fine wines but individual bottles of certain wines. Where you see the quantity in cases and bottles you have this further option. Again just click on the Buy Now or Add to Cart. You can easily adjust the quantity you order by adjusting the amount in either the Add to Cart page or the Shopping Basket page.

Shopping Basket Page - Tax Type

Once you have checked which wines you want to purchase then decide how you would like it delivered. Select the Duty Paid Delivered option if you would like it delivered to a UK address. If you already have an account at a UK bonded warehouse then select In Bond Delivery. Please include your customer reference number. Should you decide to select the Export option then we shall ask our Bonded Warehouse to prepare the paperwork for your shippers collection. Although we are unable to arrange International delivery we can recommend a several responsible companies each of whom have considerable experience. We are unable to accept credit cards for Export orders.

Shopping Basket page – Delivery

Select this option. Delivery is free of charge: if you spend over £200 with us. Below that it is £15. Collections can be made from our warehouse in Silvertown, London E16 2YU

Payment

We accept all major credit cards apart from Amex. If you decide to pay by cheque then please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear. We are unable to accept credit cards for Export orders.

Bonded Warehouse Account

If you would like to open up a Bonded Warehouse Account please contact us. We will facilitate your contact with our bonded warehouse: London City Bond.
