Its attractive pale yellow colour is complemented by bright young green hints. Bouquet of ripe fruit - golden delicious apple, mirabelle, molene, is soft and harmonious. The wine has a dry and refreshing character, yet it is also soft, supple and velvety. This is a fine example of Alsace Pinot Blanc, a variety often underestimated, yet which at this level of quality represents extraordinary value for money.

Serve with sea or river fish, poached, steamed or smoked, or with asparagus, or with poultry and white meat in light, creamy sauce.
